- How to Claim: While making a reservation, please mention "ICNSS Conference, IIT Palakkad" in your e-mail or booking communication to avail the conference rates.
- CC Secretariat: Delegates are requested to mark a copy (CC) of their accommodation communication or booking confirmation to nssconference2026@iitpkd.ac.in so our organizing team can keep track.
- Transport: Shuttle bus services to and from the conference venue will be arranged only for the accommodation options listed below.
- Book Early: Delegates are encouraged to book well in advance, as availability may be limited during the conference period.

View Hostels Info- Additionally, limited rooms are made available at the IIT Palakkad Students' Hostels, which is located very close to the conference main venue.
- The hostel accommodation arrangement is made on a first-come, first-served basis at nominal rates for accommodation in triple-sharing rooms with non-attached washrooms.
- The bookings will be facilitated through the ICNSS-2026 conference secretariat for the participants completing delegate registrations on or before 15th April 2026.
- You must fill in and submit the specified Google form and also inform the secretariat via e-mail provided below to opt for this facility.
