Registration for Foreign Delegates
All foreign nationals are required to hold a valid visa for attending the conference in India. Conference organizers have to obtain prior clearance from the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, to facilitate the issuance of conference visas for participants. If you are a foreign national who does not yet have a valid conference visa for India, please provide the necessary details through the link provided below.
Expected timeline: Your data will be sent to the MEA for approval along with that of other participants. Once sent, the timeline for the approval process is typically 20-40 days. After the approval, you will receive a copy of the MEA clearance. You should then apply, along with the copy of the MEA clearance letter, for a conference visa / e-conference visa, which can take about 3 working days to process.
Your data will be securely handled by conference organizing team and used only for ministry clearance purpose only.
