Participation is subject to payment of registration fees. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
Unauthorized recording or distribution of conference materials is prohibited.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Violators may be expelled without refund.
Organizers are not responsible for personal injury or property loss.
If a registered participant cannot attend:
We shall refund 50% of the amount paid.
The remaining 50% is retained for administrative costs.
