Participation is subject to payment of registration fees. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment.
Unauthorized recording or distribution of conference materials is prohibited.
We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Violators may be expelled without refund.
Organizers are not responsible for personal injury or property loss.
Cancellations usually receive a full refund minus a nominal administrative and banking fee.
After the Regular registration deadline (31st May 2026)
Registration fees are typically non-refundable.
Substitutions
Instead of a refund, you can often nominate a substitute delegate from the same organization or country classification to attend in your place.
Email nssconference2026@iitpkd.ac.in with your details and cancellation/ substitution requests. Requests must be made at least 30 days before the start of the event (i.e., before 08th June 2026).
