Guidelines to authors
- The abstract submission for ICNSS-2026 is now open with the deadline of 15th December 2025, midnight of Indian Standard Time.
- Submit your abstract only through the online submission system on the conference website.
- The abstracts must be written in English, carefully proofread, and checked thoroughly for spelling, grammar, and scientific authenticity before you submit.
- We will not make any corrections; it will be taken for peer review exactly as submitted.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by Program & Scientific Committee members, and they will make the final selection.
- Follow the template to prepare and submit the abstract.
- Include three (3) keywords in your abstract submission.
- Upon acceptance of the abstracts, you will get notifications to register for the conference and make a presentation accordingly.
- Please follow the conference website for updates, timelines, and other instructions for registration and payment.
- We will only include an accepted abstract in the program if we have received registration and payment on time.
Format
- A brief background of the context of your work/investigation/hypothesis in relation to the conference theme and subthemes (Refer to the Themes section of the conference)
- A summary of the main aspects to be discussed or addressed in your oral/poster presentation
- Short/main conclusion resulting from your work/investigation/hypothesis.
Evaluation criteria
- Criteria for evaluating the quality of abstracts include: originality of ideas and methods, concise presentation of methods and results, clarity of application and implementation, and quality of writing. Each abstract will be evaluated by the reviewers assigned by the conference committiee.
- Choose the appropriate presentation type as preferred.
- Oral (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion)
- Poster (instructions for poster dimensions will be communicated later)
- Workshop (instructions for workshop preparations will be communicated later)
- If your abstract is accepted, the conference committee retains the right to change the presentation type and the program. We will communicate this directly to the respective corresponding authors.

BECOME AN IWA MEMBERCountry Classification
IWA operates a Higher/Lower Income Country (HIC/LIC) classification for its membership and registration fees. The income classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Fees will automatically be applied in Connect Plus. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status (this list may be subject to changes as we align with the World Bank’s Gross National Income database).
Students
Students need to submit a copy of the student’s ID at the registration site.
