Important: Digital Disembarkation (DE) Card

The Government of India has introduced a mandatory e-Arrival Card for all foreign nationals entering India (Effective 01 Oct 2025). This form replaces the old paper arrival card and is free of charge.

Requirement: Must be completed online within 72 hours before arrival.

Details Required: Passport info, Visa/e-Visa details, Flight details, and Address in India.

Country Classification

IWA operates a Higher/Lower Income Country (HIC/LIC) classification for its membership and registration fees. The income classification is based on your country of residence and not on your country of origin. Fees will automatically be applied in Connect Plus. Please consult the IWA Country Classification table to verify your HIC/LIC status (this list may be subject to changes as we align with the World Bank's Gross National Income database).
